I LOVE Colorado snow! The best anywhere…pretty as it falls and in some accumulation…then sunshine and melting.
When I see snow (like this) I think of walking or running. I like to be out in it …..feel the cold air on my face – sometimes the slick surface under my feet. I think of the green pine needles poking thru the white snow, the stiffness of a drift after it has melted and refrooze a time or two.

That’s what I love about Colorado!
I was quite surprised when we went to Michigan in Jan and the snow wouldn’t melt.
Great photos! I love the look of snow but where I used to think ‘snowball fight!’ now I tend to think ‘frozen water pipes!’ and ‘icy roads!’.
Well, actually I would think snowball fight as well…no sense growing up too much. haha.
i think ~ hot cup of tea, good book in a comfy chair in front of a fireplace with a roaring fire. Also near a window so i can watch the snow fall.
